About Us
Who we are.
High Plains Harvest is woman-owned and operated based in NW Illinois and SW Wisconsin. Cathy and Becca are both: farmers’ daughters, wives, moms, pig production managers at High Plains Pork Inc., cattle enthusiasts, and pig lovers. With so much in common, it was a natural fit for them to partner up to create High Plains Harvest.
They have a passion for raising high-quality livestock and connecting people back to their food source- a passion inherited from the generations before them.
What we do.
By day, both Cathy and Becca work full time at High Plains Pork Inc., as full-time pig production managers. By evenings and weekends, they both tend to their small cattle herds with their families. Working together for nearly 10 years now, they know every detail of the story behind the pork and beef they are selling.
As two women who lead very busy lives, they know the value of offering high-quality meat that feeds your family healthy protein in a convenient way. They want to make lives easier and healthier with their offerings so you can spend less time worrying about your meat choices and more time enjoying food with loved ones.
